Support actions checks such as Intimidate (Fel)

Improve the logic in the dice pool builder to support actions whose checks are not against the default characteristic for a skill. I propose to use the following rules:

If the check is 'Skill vs....' then use the default characteristic for the skill.
If the check is 'Skill (Characteristic) vs...' then use the specified characteristic instead
