Add support for automatic Initiative rolls

Add ability for GM to click a button to automatically roll initiative (Combat or Social) for all actors within the initiative tracker.

Do players still want to be able to roll their own initiative, or are they happy the GM doing it all for them?

Theres a problem with this as I found out last week.

If you get a critical wound, cant rememebr the name, but it gives you a black dice on agility rolls. It isnt automatically added to your intiative-combat roll currently in the program.

For the gm to roll all peoples inititive would require him to somehow add these special dice into the roll. Not sure if there are other cards talents, conditions, crits that also could add remove dice to the roll.

Seems much easiler for each player to do it. Unless you found a way to fix the issue I had.
