On successful roll, set recharge for Action

Upon a successful roll of a dice pool that was built from an Action card, automatically set the actions current recharge value to the correct value

It would be really cool to have it. If that is difficult to implement, it would be also helpful to have button that will add those tokens based on card values.

Also, this would be very useful for talents. (which are not really rolled)
