Party sheet will not allow talents to be set-up or dropped on

The GM tired to setup the party sheep. When he dropped it on it showed the card but would allow talents. Wouldnt show what was allowed in the slots or anything to be dropped on a slot.

I finally got round to testing this. I don't get this error on my gm client.
Must be an error with our GM's ruleset. Maybe conflicting rulesets

Okay I tested this again. It doesn't work. The gm client it looks like it should work but you cant put any talents in the slots.

I remember my character sheet got corrupted once. Where I couldn't drop talents on it. When I saw the xml it had the talents I had numbered incorrectly, eg one was number 1 next was number 3. So I changed that one to 2 and it worked from then onwards. Could the same problem be happening here. Where's the party sheet info stored?
